The bag I purchased was exactly as described. It was perfect and my girlfriend absolutely loved it. Chanel and More and Diane were enormously helpful and very considerate. The bag did not have a box or a dust bag so Diane went out of her way to find them. Diane is professional with a perfect amount of personality. I would highly recommend Chanel and More to anyone.
