CHANEL & MORE Consignment Contract

WHEREAS, the Consignor wishes to have certain items offered by Chanel & More for sale on Chanel and more.com, and WHEREAS, Chanel & More wishes to represent the Consignor under the terms and conditions of the agreement,

THE PARTIES AGREE:

1. Term
This agreement shall have a term of ninety (90) days and may be terminated by either party giving ten (10) days written notice to the other party. Chanel & More will return to Consignor any unsold merchandise within 30 days of end of auction.

2. Fees
20% of the final sale price plus associated eBay or Paypal fees.

3. Process
Upon receipt, Chanel & More will take all necessary steps to sell your item. Items will be sold on Chanel & More’s website.

4. Listing Prices & “Reserves”
Chanel & More will determine prices based on comparable prices for bags of same or similar style, condition, and brand. Chanel & More will include a minimum reserve price to insure items do not sell below market value if ever being sold on eBay. If a specific minimum reserve price is required by Consignor, Consignor will state the requested price in the List of Items below.

5. Authenticity
Consignor attests to the authenticity of all agreed upon items, and has not knowingly requested the resale of counterfeit goods. Items deemed to be counterfeits will either be returned to Consignor for a $50 authentication and shipping fee, or discarded.

6. Shipping
Consignor is responsible for shipping the agreed upon item/s to CHANEL & MORE in good
condition and cleaned when necessary.

7. Payment(s)
Consignors are paid by check after their items are sold and payment has cleared. Checks are typically written on the 1st and the 15th of every month and mailed the following day. Chanel & More will provide the Consignor with detailed invoicing of all associated fees and accounting records pertaining to Consignors account. Chanel & More will maintain accurate books and documentation with respect to all transactions entered into on behalf of the Consignor.

8. Loss or Damage
Consignor will ensure that consignment items are insured from all risks of fire, theft, flood,
accidental damage or breakage, any acts of nature resulting or any damage to the property until agreed upon items are delivered to Chanel & More at the contracted shipping address. Upon delivery, Chanel & More will be fully responsible for said items until their delivery at the confirmed addresses of their respective buyers.

9. Ownership
Consignor attests that they have legal title to and are in legal possession of all items which Chanel & More is to sell at Malleries.

10. Meeting of the Minds
Both parties have read and understand all statements included in this agreement. This agreement may not be revised or amended without the written consent of both the consignor and Chanel & More.
